JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager, Media & Omnichannel Operations

Department: Cobalt
Reports to: VP, Omnichannel Media
Location: New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
About Calcium+Company
Calcium+Company is a next-generation healthcare marketing agency that builds smarter brands through strategic clarity, creative excellence, and data-driven innovation. Cobalt, our technology and innovation division, brings data, AI, and analytics to every client engagement, and is building a modern omnichannel media practice across HCP and DTC.
Our approach follows five steps: Size, Target, Plan, Activate, Measure. We size the universe down to the addressable audience, build HCP and patient targets, plan omnichannel and media together, activate across DSPs and media partners, and measure what it drove, all the way to Rx lift.
Role Overview
The Manager, Media & Omnichannel Operations will plug in from day one to build, launch, and run the programs behind our live client work. This role owns the Activate and Measure steps in practice: deploying journeys and media, setting up tracking and attribution, and keeping every program accurate, compliant, and measurable.
This is a hands-on role for a detail-driven operator who loves building in marketing automation and media platforms, and wants to grow with a modern omnichannel team.
Key Job Responsibilities
(Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)
Journey Build & Deployment (Day One)
- Build and deploy email journeys, personalized landing pages, and lifecycle programs in our marketing automation platform.
- Set up segmentation, triggers, and next-best-action rules from activation plans.
- Run QA and launch checklists for every deployment, including links, rendering, data, and tracking.
Target
- Sync HCP target lists, patient audiences, triggers, and suppression lists to CRM and media platforms.
- Support data pulls for audience sizing and target list updates.
Activate
- Traffic campaigns across DSPs and media partners, including tags, pixels, and creative specs.
- Assemble MLR-approved modular content into journeys and media, keeping versions, tagging, and ISI accurate.
- Monitor pacing and delivery in flight and flag optimizations to the activation and media teams.
- Ensure consent, preferences, and privacy requirements are applied across every program.
Measure
- Set up attribution and tracking for every launch across owned and paid channels.
- Build and maintain real-time engagement and media reporting dashboards.
- Prepare clean campaign data for Rx lift studies and media mix modeling with Analytics.
- Own naming conventions, taxonomy, and data hygiene across programs.
Process & Automation
- Document SOPs and QA standards as the team grows.
- Automate repeatable build, QA, and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or media operations; healthcare or pharma preferred.
- Hands-on with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io, Braze, Veeva, or Adobe.
- Comfortable with HTML email, dynamic content, segmentation logic, and basic SQL.
- Understanding of tags, pixels, tracking, and Google Tag Manager; exposure to Campaign Manager 360, DSPs, or social ad platforms is a plus.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau, with strong Excel skills.
- Exposure to attribution, Rx lift, or media mix model data inputs is a plus.
- Working knowledge of pharma requirements, including MLR, ISI, and consent management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to plug in immediately on live programs.
- Interest in automation and AI tools to make operations faster and smarter.
