What You'll Do

- Owns, analyzes, and continuously optimizes NPI Jira workflows to resolve operational defects, eliminate process friction, and improve system reliability and end-to-end traceability.
- Integrate data and status tracking across Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI, and Jira, ensuring Jira steps are dynamically driven by real-time system states rather than manual entry.
- Build executive-ready dashboards in Jira and Power BI to monitor and communicate project status, risks, item aging, blockers, and team throughput.
- Implements automated workflows—including status transitions, field updates, notifications, SLA timers, and validation controls—to eliminate manual updates and prevent data entry errors.
- Establishes performance metrics, monitors overall workflow health, and leads iterative process improvements in close collaboration with NPI stakeholders.
- Drives change management initiatives through comprehensive training, documentation, rollout planning, and stakeholder communications to ensure high process adoption.

Who We’re looking for

- 5+ years of experience with Jira/Atlassian, hand on experience designing and managing Jira Workflows, issue types, permission schemes, custom screens and automation rules.
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS tools using APIs, webhooks, and ETL pipelines with strong state and ID mapping capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI or creating executive dashboards and Jira native reporting tools.
- Experience translating complex NPI workflows into structured process maps, state transitions and measurable definitions of “Done”.
- Solid background in implementing data validation controls.
- Advanced English skills.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

# Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$53,350.00 - $79,500.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
