The Position:

Censeo Consulting Group is seeking Acquisition Specialists at multiple experience levels to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) organization through the Contracted Enterprise Support (ACES) program. This position is ideal for acquisition professionals who are organized, analytical, and comfortable working collaboratively with contracting, program, technical, and other government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation, development, review, and maintenance of acquisition documentation and supporting materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze information to support acquisition planning and strategy development.
- Develop and maintain acquisition schedules, milestone trackers, and other project management tools.
- Coordinate with contracting officers, contracting specialists, program managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support the development and review of acquisition packages for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Track acquisition actions, risks, issues, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
- Conduct research and analysis to support acquisition decisions and recommendations.
- Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other client deliverables.
- Participate in meetings and working sessions and help document decisions and follow-up actions.
- Help identify opportunities to improve acquisition processes, templates, tools, and workflows.
- Support multiple acquisition activities and priorities in a deadline-driven federal environment.
