MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred and relevant experience in hospitality asset management, business development, hotel investment, or related domains

- Hospitality & Asset Management
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, P&L drivers, and key metrics such as RevPAR, GOP, and NOI
- Experience managing luxury, midscale, and mixed-use hospitality assets
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management, hotel development, feasibility studies, and operator selection
- Financial & Commercial Acumen
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Expertise in IRR, NPV, cash flow analysis, and sensitivity analysis
- Experience in commercial deal structuring, including HMA, franchise agreements, leases, and strategic partnerships
- Market & Business Analysis
Strong understanding of market research, competitive intelligence, and demand-supply analysis
- Knowledge of global and local hospitality trends, customer demand, and tourism economics
- Contracting & Negotiation
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with hotel operators and strategic partners
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to hotel operations and asset management
