We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a busy and evolving team, taking ownership of multiple projects and ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and objectives . Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate activities across matrix teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective decision -making and drive actions to maintain delivery momentum.
- Support and champion Agile and iterative delivery practices where appropriate.
- Manage competing priorities and adapt plans in response to changing business needs.
- Promote continuous improvement and capture lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage changing demands.
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and resource management experience.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- A proactive , delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Desirable Experience

- Experience within pensions, financial services, regulatory, or public sector environments.
- Knowledge of pensions regulation or related governance frameworks would be advantageous.
- Relevant project or delivery management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MSP, APM, etc .).
