Baptist Medical Cente r is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager Team Lead to join our Case Management Department.
This full-time, day-shift leadership opportunity will be located at our Baptist South campus.
Case Management Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Assumes a leadership role by serving as a clinical resource and liaison to Case Management staff during day-to-day Case Management operations.
- Completes daily Case Management assignments to meet departmental needs, considering daily census, on-call assignment requirements, and weekend assignment requirements.
- Coordinates and approves staff paid time off (PTO) and holiday requests and maintains PeopleSoft for accurate and appropriate timekeeping.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of case management experience.
Education and Credential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current DOH Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
