About this role

About NewForm
NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter. A lot of those ads feature real creators, and a lot of those creators walk through our doors.

The role
We are producing 15+ ad shoots per day with new and returning creators, requiring significant coordination. Your role is to keep the creators moving and the office welcoming so our team can create great work.

This is a mixed role. Most of your time goes to two things: coordinating talent and keeping the studio and office running. The rest goes to casting and production support.

What you’ll do

Onsite talent coordination

- Greet creators on arrival and direct them to their shoot
- Confirm schedules in advance and manage same-day changes, including late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules and no-shows
- Keep the production and casting teams informed of creator status in real time
- Ensure every creator has a professional, well-organized experience at NewForm

Casting support

- Assist our Casting Director with sourcing new creators on social platforms
- Contact prospective creators, review self-tapes and help maintain the creator pipeline

Office and studio operations

- Receive and unpack grocery and supply deliveries
- Stock the kitchen, fridge and cabinets
- Keep the office and studio clean and ready for the next shoot
- Monitor supply levels and restock before they run out

Production support

- Assist on shoots with setup, errands and general crew support

Growth
This role can grow into more senior roles within our casting or production departments. You will work directly with both teams from the start, and strong performers can move into either.

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience in coordination, production, hospitality, events, office operations or casting
- Ability to stay organized and composed when schedules change
- Strong initiative and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication, and reliable follow-up
- Familiarity with creator culture (TikTok, Instagram, UGC)
- Ability to work onsite in NYC five days a week and lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred

- Experience in casting, talent coordination or production

Compensation and benefits

- $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience.
- Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance
- 300/mo commuter benefit
- Annual team offsites (last two were Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)

Compensation

$55K – $65K
