About this role

Help our next generation of talent see what a career at WTW could look like. We’re looking for a curious, creative employer brand specialist who can turn business stories into relatable content and audience insights into smarter decisions.

Dedicated exclusively to our global Early Careers programs, you’ll engage school leavers, apprentices, interns and graduates across social media, our careers website and job boards. You’ll help them understand who WTW is, what we offer and why they might build their career with us. This is more than a content role: you’ll bring ideas, recommend where we engage and help our investment deliver results.

Bring your curiosity, your ideas and the confidence to ask, “does this resonate with our target audience?”

The Role

- Create content that connects. Build our global Early Careers presence through social posts, short-form videos, employee stories and campaigns, adapting content for different programs, platforms and markets.
- Discover stories worth sharing. Proactively connect with recruitment teams and colleagues across WTW to learn about our business, people and opportunities, turning what you discover into authentic, accessible content.
- Bring our perspective to life. Partner with Early Careers leadership on posts and thought leadership showcasing WTW’s opportunities and insights on Early Careers talent and trends.
- Find the right audiences. Research how Early Careers talent explores employers and makes career choices. Recommend which schools, universities, job boards and channels to prioritize and why.
- Make our investment count. Oversee job boards and vendor relationships, keep content current and review ROI. Recommend where to invest, optimize or stop activity, working with budget owners on spending and renewals.
- Test, learn and improve. Use audience feedback and performance data to refine content and channels, tracking engagement, relevant applications, conversion and cost-effectiveness where data is available.
- Work globally, stay relevant locally. Agree priorities with Early Careers leadership and local teams and partner with our paid campaigns specialist to maintain visibility and support candidate pipelines.

What you’ll bring
You combine creativity with sound judgment. You’re keen to learn, take initiative and bring the confidence to ask good questions, offer a different perspective and suggest a better approach.

- Experience in employer brand or recruitment marketing or audience-focused content, with a genuine interest in Early Careers talent.
- The ability to make communicate in written and spoken English
- An understanding of social platforms and content tools, plus a willingness to learn new tools, including responsible use of AI
- Research and analytical skills to turn audience insights and performance data into practical recommendations.
- Confidence building relationships and constructively challenging ideas: explaining your thinking and offering alternatives.
- Curiosity, initiative and a commitment to developing your skills. You seek feedback, test ideas and take ownership.
- The ability to organize competing priorities and collaborate across programs, teams and markets.

Nice to have
Helpful, but not essential: experience with paid campaigns, video creation or editing, search-friendly content, additional languages or international audiences.
