At Consulting for Human Services (CFHS) we are seeking a part-time Head of Growth and Partnerships to join our team.
Position Details
The Head of Growth and Partnerships will lead business development efforts and manage key client relationships. Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new client opportunities. The Head of Growth and Partnership will focus on business development, strategic alliances, client relationship management and revenue expansion in the nonprofit human services sector. Serve as a billable consultant on assigned projects.
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, human services, or healthcare.
- 15 + Years experience in consulting, human services and/or healthcare
7+ years experience in consulting, non-profit leadership and strategic growth roles in human Services, behavioral health, SUD, IDD, and/or healthcare.
- 7+ years supervisory/managerial experience in consulting, human services, and/or healthcare.
