Mission
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in symplectic geometry, dynamics, or related areas at the Institute of Mathematics of the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), working with Oliver Edtmair.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative research.
- Participate in the scientific activities of the group and the Institute of Mathematics.
- Assist with teaching and student supervision.
Profile
- A PhD in mathematics, completed by the starting date.
- A strong research record relative to career stage and potential for outstanding research in symplectic geometry, dynamics, or related areas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
