About this role
Heathrow Airport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor to join our in-house legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support on all employment-related matters, including dealing with Trade Union matters, handling employment tribunal claims and drafting employment related policies.
- Good understanding of UK employment legislation and in-house Employment Solicitor experience.
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Adept at handling consultations with trade unions.
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder relationship management expertise.
- Advanced written/oral communications skills.
- Self-starter who can work flexibly with high impact and good interpersonal skills.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience in representing clients in employment tribunals.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
