### Onderhoudsmonteur Liften – Regio Brussel

Jouw rol:
Als onderhoudsmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief onderhoud en het uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen aan liften in jouw regio. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties veilig en betrouwbaar blijven functioneren, en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op locatie.
Een typische werkdag:
- Uitvoeren van onderhoudsbezoeken aan liften binnen jouw regio
- Proactief reageren op storingen en streven naar een oplossing bij het eerste bezoek
- Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen om de werking te garanderen
- Digitale rapportering van uitgevoerde werken
- Opbouwen van een goede relatie met klanten door duidelijke communicatie
- Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving
Wat breng jij mee?
- Technisch diploma (elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Enkele maanden ervaring in de liftsector is een plus
- Rijbewijs B
- Sterke kennis van elektriciteit en elektrotechniek
- Veiligheidsbewust, zelfstandig en klantgericht
- Comfortabel in communicatie, zowel met klanten als collega’s
- Vertrouwd met digitale tools en technologie

echnicien de maintenance Ascenseurs – Région de Bruxelles
Vous souhaitez travailler au sein d’une organisation internationale qui met l’accent sur la sécurité, la qualité, l’innovation et le développement de ses collaborateurs ? Alors cette fonction chez Otis est faite pour vous.
Votre rôle :
En tant que technicien de maintenance, vous êtes responsable de la maintenance préventive et de la réalisation de petites réparations sur les ascenseurs de votre région. Vous veillez à garantir le fonctionnement sûr et fiable des installations et êtes le premier point de contact de nos clients sur site.
Une journée type :
- Effectuer les visites de maintenance des ascenseurs dans votre région
- Intervenir de manière proactive en cas de panne et viser une résolution dès la première intervention
- Effectuer de petites réparations afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des installations
- Assurer le reporting digital des interventions réalisées
- Développer une bonne relation avec les clients grâce à une communication claire et professionnelle
- Veiller à maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et ordonné
Votre profil :
- Diplôme technique en électromécanique, électricité ou expérience équivalente
- Une première expérience de quelques mois dans le secteur des ascenseurs constitue un atout
- Permis de conduire B
- Solides connaissances en électricité et électrotechnique
- Sens de la sécurité, autonomie et orientation client
- À l’aise dans la communication, aussi bien avec les clients qu’avec les collègues
- À l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les nouvelles technologies
