About the location:

About the Role:

As a Concierge , you create memorable guest experiences by responding to a wide variety of requests with professionalism, efficiency, and a personalized approach. By understanding each guest’s individual needs and preferences, you provide tailored recommendations and thoughtful touches that enhance their stay while upholding Four Seasons standards and policies.

What Will You Do

- Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and arranging memorable experiences.
- Provide expert recommendations on local restaurants, attractions, cultural events, sightseeing opportunities, and entertainment options.
- Assist guests with bookings, reservations, ticketing, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date information and collateral on local attractions, restaurants, museums, maps, and points of interest.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Serve as a trusted local expert, helping guests make the most of their time in Budapest.

What you bring:

- 1-2 years of previous experience in a Concierge, Guest Relations, or similar hospitality role.
- Fluency in both English and Hungarian .
- College degree preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and administrative skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
