What Youll Do
This position provides quality control expertise relating to Operations and Maintenance/facilities maintenance services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse, 1205 Texas Avenue, Lubbock, and surrounding areas (Midland, Amarillo, and San Angelo). The role is dedicated to inspections and quality control, rather than performing service requests or preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include implementing the QC program, overseeing inspections, training personnel, analyzing performance, and reporting.
This position is in support of a contract for which we are bidding. Any offers will be contingent on contract award.
What Youll Have
- At least 3 years of recent quality-control experience on full-maintenance contracts for assets of comparable size, complexity, and characteristics.
