About this role
Responsible for acting as a liaison between our Sales Representatives and our manufacturing plant in Rockwall. Assists with order processing, order status, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, delivery, and other queries.
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact with sales representatives.
- Sales order processing, including coordination of item specifications, production timing, delivery, and shipments.
- Coordination of resolution of any quality questions or issues.
- Reporting and analysis, providing information as required in support of customer.
- Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
- Assist with placement of orders, credits, returns and pickups.
- Place or cancel orders and coordinate with proper departments.
- Utilize ERP systems to communicate order status and shipping information.
- Work closely with customer service colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer service is being delivered.
- Assist in gathering information and generating reports.
- Perform purchasing duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5 years plus of experience providing customer service to multiple customers in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
- Must be a positive and energetic individual that can work well with all levels of an organization.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus not a requirement.
