About this role

At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day.

Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company’s DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.

Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio—which consists of some of the world’s most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances—is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.

We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.

We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

Position Overview

The Assistant Marketing Manager, Global Marketing will support the development and activation of a global fragrance portfolio, helping translate consumer, category and cultural insights into compelling product concepts, launch plans and marketing tools. Working closely with the Global Marketing team and cross-functional partners, this role will contribute across the full development process, from early-stage analysis and concept creation through launch readiness and regional sell-in.

This is an opportunity for a curious, highly organized marketer to build broad experience in global brand development while taking meaningful ownership of projects and deliverables. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, creative judgment and strong follow-through, with a genuine interest in fragrance, beauty and consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Support consumer, market and competitive analysis to identify trends, whitespace opportunities and implications for the global fragrance portfolio.

- Assist in translating insights into clear product concepts, positioning, claims, naming directions and launch stories in partnership with the Global Marketing Manager.

- Support fragrance and product development from brief through launch, including fragrance evaluation, formula and packaging follow-up, artwork development, mock-ups, product copy, asset creation and point-of-sale materials.

- Maintain project timelines, status trackers and decision logs. Proactively flag risks, dependencies and next steps to help deliver launches on time and in full.

- Coordinate day-to-day work across cross-functional partners, including Product Development, R&D, Packaging, Creative, Digital, Media, Public Relations, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Demand Planning, Sales and regional teams.

- Prepare clear, visually compelling presentations, launch toolkits and meeting materials for senior leadership, regional stakeholders, retailers and agency partners.

- Support development of integrated 360-degree launch plans across paid, owned and earned channels, with particular attention to digital, social, creator and retail touchpoints.

- Partner with regions to gather market input, consolidate feedback and adapt global plans and assets for local relevance while protecting strategic consistency.

- Analyze business performance, launch results and marketing effectiveness using available sales, category and consumer data. Summarize findings and recommend practical actions.

- Support business-case development, pricing and volume inputs, competitive benchmarking and basic financial analysis for new initiatives.

- Assist with management of marketing budgets, purchase orders, estimates and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy and disciplined follow-through.

- Coordinate agencies, vendors and internal creative resources on briefs, feedback, deliverables and timing.

- Monitor fragrance launches, emerging ingredients, olfactive trends, cultural shifts and competitor activity. Share concise updates that can inspire future innovation and communication.

- Contribute to portfolio reviews, innovation pipeline planning and recommendations related to expansion, renovation or rationalization.

- Build strong expertise in the fragrance category and become a reliable resource for product details, launch materials and competitive context.

What Success Looks Like

- Projects and deliverables are accurate, thoughtful and completed on time, with clear visibility to risks and next steps.

- Insights are translated into useful recommendations, not simply reported.

- Cross-functional partners and regions receive clear, responsive and well-organized support.

- Launch materials tell a consistent, consumer-relevant story across product, creative and commercial touchpoints.

- The role demonstrates increasing ownership, judgment and confidence across the innovation and activation process.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

- Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, product development or an adjacent consumer-focused role. Experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, personal care or luxury is a plus.

- Strong interest in fragrance, beauty, consumer behavior, digital culture and global market trends.

- Excellent project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a lean, fast-paced environment.

- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to create concise presentations and compelling brand stories.

- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting sales, category and consumer data and translating findings into action.

- Working knowledge of the new-product-development process, from concept and feasibility through launch execution.

- Strong attention to detail, balanced with an understanding of the broader business objective.

- Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented working style. Comfortable asking questions, sharing a point of view and following through independently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with syndicated data or market-intelligence platforms such as Circana is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively across functions, regions and time zones. Global marketing experience is a plus.
