Job Description
At Analysys Mason, marketing is not a support function. It is a growth function.
As one of our Marketing Managers, you will help run a disciplined and commercially focused marketing programme that builds brand preference, generates demand and supports the firm’s continued expansion.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and market execution. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the firm to identify compelling opportunities, translate expertise into distinctive market propositions and turn those propositions into integrated campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
This role is about finding the stories, insights and evidence that matter to our audiences, then working with our digital, editorial and design specialists to take them to market effectively. You will help more people understand who we are, what makes us different and why they should engage with us.
You will also play an important role internally, building enthusiasm for campaigns, demonstrating how marketing supports growth and helping colleagues use campaign assets effectively in client conversations.
You will be supported by an experienced team of campaign managers and specialist marketers across digital, content and design, while bringing your own judgement, curiosity and commercial instinct to the role.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to work from our London office two to three days a week.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Work with senior consulting and research leaders to identify the themes, insights and propositions that can fuel growth, strengthen our market position and create genuine competitive advantage.
- Turn expert knowledge into distinctive marketing assets that people actually want to read, share and act on, rather than adding to the noise already competing for their attention.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, continually measuring performance, learning what works and improving results over time.
- Work closely with specialists in Marketing across digital, content and design to ensure every campaign meets a consistently high standard and contributes to a stronger, more effective marketing function.
- Help consultants and researchers use marketing as a commercial tool, equipping them with campaigns, content and insights that open doors, strengthen client relationships and create opportunities for new business conversations.
- Bring rigour to campaign planning and evaluation, ensuring decisions are driven by evidence, not opinion, and that marketing activity remains firmly connected to business outcomes.
Qualifications
We recognise and celebrate the fact that not everybody is the same, and we value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets you will add to our team.
If you recognise yourself in the following points, we would like to hear from you:
- Experience in strategic B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, advisory or research-led organisations.
- An interest in the technology, telecoms and digital infrastructure sectors, and the commercial issues shaping them.
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into effective marketing plans and campaigns.
- A track record of delivering integrated B2B marketing programmes that build brand preference, generate demand and support growth.
- Confident influencing and working with senior stakeholders across the business.
- A structured, data-driven approach and confident in marketing performance measurement.
- High levels of digital fluency, including MS Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn, social media planning tools and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Strong project management and budget management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with often challenging deadlines, while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
