Description
The Spine Hospital of Louisiana seeks an organized, dependable, detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Assistant to join our team. You’ll provide administrative and data support to help keep purchasing, inventory, implant documentation, and work orders accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Do
- Enter and maintain purchasing, inventory, and item master information across hospital systems
- Process purchase requisitions and maintain accurate supply records
- Support physician implant charge documentation and appropriate charge capture
- Generate work orders and update related records
- Review information for accuracy and help resolve missing or inconsistent data
- Coordinate with hospital departments to support timely processing of requests
- Provide clerical support and assist with departmental projects
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple information systems
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize requests, follow through on tasks, and maintain confidentiality
