About this role

As part of Moore Kingston Smith’s business advisory offering, our growing HR Consultancy team (https://mooreks.co.uk/services/advisory/hr-consultancy/) provides HR expertise and support to clients across a wide range of industries, working collaboratively to deliver practical solutions that meet their people and business needs. We are committed to providing an excellent client experience while continuing to evolve the way we deliver our services through collaboration, technology and continuous improvement.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Business Partner within our HR Consultancy team, you will work across a varied portfolio of clients, each with different people, priorities, processes and HR systems. You will bring previous HR consultancy experience and be comfortable managing multiple client requirements, balancing competing demands and adapting quickly between different client environments.

You’ll be building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted HR partner. You will understand clients’ individual needs, provide practical and compliant solutions, maintain high standards of quality and service, and identify opportunities to strengthen and develop the support we provide. You will also contribute to the continued development of the HR Consultancy offering through improvements to our services, processes, resources and use of technology.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where flexibility is important. Depending on service requirements, you may work remotely, from a Moore Kingston Smith office or at client premises, so you’ll need to be comfortable working across different locations according to client and service needs. You will be expected to work from our City office at least twice a month to connect and collaborate with the wider team.
