Resident Assistant (RA) | Flexible Facility Shifts
Location: RiverFalls, WI
Schedule: PRN and flexible facility assignments

What youll do
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the appropriate care team member
- Work alongside nurses and other facility staff to provide compassionate care
What youll need
- Current CBRF certifications required to work in a facility
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test showing a negative result
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care
- Dependable communication and a caring approach
