JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Live-In Home Health Aide, you will help clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence through personalized care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Supporting mobility and activities of daily living
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Performing light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate — Required
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to caregiving
