- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed, ensuring residents safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
Requirements
- Current certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).
- Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and other daily tasks.
