The Mighty Product Center (MPC) in Jackson, TN, is the central hub supporting over 100 distributors across 45 states and five international partners. General Responsibilities/Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Order Picker to unload, put away, and retrieve products. This is a FULL-TIME Position working 1 st shift in our climate-controlled Distribution Center.

Responsibilities:

- Pull, process, and pack orders accurately and quickly.

- Accurately scan product out of location using an RF scanner

- Check product being picked against sales order to avoid errors

- Notify supervisor of orders with discrepancies prior to filling orders

- Work on stocking and replenishment

- Relocate product in the warehouse as directed

- Maintain a clean work area

- Maintain and work in a safety-sensitive environment

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

- Basic math and problem-solving skills

- Dependability and strong work ethic

- Previous warehouse, RF scanner, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

- Clean, climate-controlled work environment

- Lifting to 50 lbs. occasionally

- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and grasping throughout the shift
