Job Purpose:
- The PT Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the parking needs of our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests, enhancing the overall reputation of SELIG PARKING.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized parking area.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle locations and keys.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold the standards and values of SELIG PARKING in all interactions.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Experience in a valet or parking attendant position is an advantage.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Good organizational skills to manage parking spaces efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
