1. Start in the Leidos Employee Referral Program
Visit the Leidos Employee Referral Program page for current program information, contests, prizes, and referral details. Then select Refer a Friend to Leidos to access Workday.

2. Find the right opportunity
From Workday, open the Job Search & Employee Referral worklet under Apps.

- Have a specific position in mind? Select Refer a Candidate .
- Not sure which position is the best fit? Select Search for a Job for My Candidate .

3. Submit the referral
Follow the prompts to enter your candidate’s information. You’ll need to select at least one Job # to complete the submission.

4. Make sure your candidate applies
The candidate must complete their application using the provided job link for the referral to be finalized.

## Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
