About Onsetto

At Onsetto, we're building more than technology, we're building the future of business banking.

Trusted by financial institutions across the country, Onsetto is helping banks grow deposits, win operating relationships, and transform how they serve businesses. Following $11.2 million in total seed funding, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth and looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial people who want to help shape what comes next.

Position Summary

We're looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented Marketing Manager who can independently plan, manage and execute marketing initiatives across events, content, digital channels, campaigns, sales enablement, and partner support.

This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication, and the ability to manage complex details while consistently delivering high-quality work on time and with minimal oversight.

This role is ideal for an experienced B2B marketing generalist who enjoys taking projects from initial concept through final delivery. You'll be expected to develop plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage deadlines, solve problems, and proactively communicate progress without needing constant direction.

As Onsetto continues to grow, you'll help establish the processes, standards, and resources that allow our marketing function to scale.

This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, OH.

- Maintain comprehensive conference checklists and project plans, ensuring all exhibitor requirements, vendor deadlines, sponsorship deliverables, and logistical dependencies are completed on time.
- Coordinate pre-conference outreach, event promotions, and post-conference marketing campaigns in partnership with Sales.
- Manage event lead capture coordination, CRM updates, and follow-up workflows to help maximize pipeline opportunities from each event.
- Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and return on investment.

Content & Brand Presence

- Work directly with the Product team to understand Onsetto's capabilities, features, functionality, and customer value propositions
- Translate technical and product information into clear, compelling, and accurate marketing communications for commercial and small business banking audiences.
- Write website content, LinkedIn content, product announcements, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials
