Line Leader

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Line Leader performs daily warehouse operations while providing task-related coordination and support to warehouse operators. This role supports the global sales network by helping deliver components and products to internal and external customers.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities

The Warehouse Line Leader performs warehouse operator duties while taking on additional daily coordination and administrative responsibilities within the assigned area. The role provides day-to-day task support for up to 10 warehouse operators and assists with work scheduling.

Responsibilities include working directly in Oracle, coordinating with Sales, Production, and other departments, and resolving operational issues within established processes.

- Perform daily warehouse tasks alongside warehouse operators.
- Assist with day-to-day work scheduling and assign or delegate individual tasks as needed.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks, including working directly in Oracle.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments on warehouse-related activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for task-related issues and resolve problems within established processes.
- Act as the Team Leader’s delegate when required.
- Provide daily task-related support to warehouse operators while maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.

Leadership Structure: The Team Leader retains responsibility for directing employees and the work environment within the assigned area and for carrying out business objectives. The Warehouse Line Leader supports daily task coordination and acts as the Team Leader’s delegate when required.

What You Bring

- Basic skills and knowledge required to perform routine warehouse tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Full knowledge of the assigned area of responsibility, including applicable practices and procedures.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $23.12 - $34.68 USD Hourly.
