Climate Experts is hiring part-time Sales Lead Generators to work inside our partner Home Depot stores — and if you are money motivated and want a part-time job that pays more than the usual, this role was built for you.

- $16 per hour
- $10 per booked appointment + $10 more when it runs
- Weekly bonuses up to $300
- 20–30 hours per week — flexible around your classes
- No cold calling. Warm foot traffic comes to you.

Climate Experts is a fast-growing, family-owned home services company serving Brevard, Indian River and St. Lucie counties. We deliver a world-class customer experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. We are expanding our in-store presence at Home Depot and need sales-driven people who know how to engage, connect, and book.

THE ROLE

This is not a shelf-stocking job. This is not a customer service role. This is a sales position for someone who is confident, outgoing, and driven by results. You will work the floor of the Home Depot, approach homeowners, start conversations about their home service needs, and book appointments for our team. The more you book, the more you make. It is that simple.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Walk the store during busy hours and start conversations with shoppers
- Explain our services — like the 24-point HVAC tune-up and free estimates — clearly and confidently
- Book appointments for our technicians and project managers
- Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership
- Hit a weekly goal of 10 booked leads and 5 that run
- Represent Climate Experts with professionalism and energy

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

- $16 per hour
- $10 per confirmed booked appointment + $10 more when it runs
- Weekly bonus: $100 for 10–14 booked leads, $200 for 15–19, $300 for 20+

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- You are the person who talks to strangers without thinking twice
- Self-motivated and money driven — you want to control your own income
- Outgoing, high energy, and confident on your feet
- Sales experience is a plus (retail, cell phones, restaurants, gym memberships, or similar) but not required — we will train you
- 18 or older
- Reliable transportation, including to 3 training days at our Palm Bay store
- A smartphone with data, used to clock in
- Comfortable on your feet for full shifts and able to lift 25 lbs
- Must pass a Home Depot background check
- Black or tan khakis

SCHEDULE

Part-time, 20–30 hours a week. A new schedule each week, built around the store’s busiest times. Fridays and weekends are required. Hours can be adjusted around classes with manager approval. Hit your weekly goals early and you can take time off — or keep going and earn more.
