Our client, a dental office in Oakville is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator.
POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficient in dental software & computer skills (Dentrix)(Recall Max)
- Able to discuss dental treatment/finances with patients
- Dental knowledge (dental assisting background not required but an asset)
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Perform other duties (sterilization, hygiene support as needed)
LOCATION:
- Oakville @ Dundas St West/Neyagawa Blvd
HOURS:
- Mon, Tues (10:30-7:30)
- Wed (9:30-6:30)
- Thurs (8:30-5:30)
- Sat (8:30-2:30) alternating
COMPENSATION: $30-$35 Depending on experience and performance
JOB DESCRIPTION
- greet and welcome patients (including New Patient Experience)
- answer and respond to calls/emails (professionally)
- schedule and confirm appointments (Dentrix, Recall Max)
- ensure the schedule is fully booked with limited openings (resourceful, persistent)
- review diagnosed treatment with patients and answer questions re: treatment, financial
- ensure all patients leave with next appointment booked
- discussing predeterminations/estimates, financial arrangements etc.
- accounts payable, A/R
- payroll
- human resources (team training, team schedule etc.)
- office supplies (inventory)
- housekeeping (some)
- perform other duties (ie. sterilization area, hygiene support etc.)(as needed)
