- Is at least 18 years old
- Is a U.S. citizen and meets applicable eligibility requirements
- Is comfortable communicating with people
- Can work independently in a remote environment
- Is open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
- •s willing to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license
