What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children in childcare centers, family homes, and at events
- Support childcare center staff with classroom coverage and daily routines
- Step in to provide backup care for families when their regular childcare arrangements are unavailable
- Adapt to different environments, age groups, routines, and children’s needs
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and childcare center teams
- Communicate clearly and professionally about each assignment
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to make a difference!
Availability Requirements
- Weekday Availability: Monday–Friday, with availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Weekend Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Travel: Must be comfortable commuting up to 45 minutes to assignments throughout the greater Pittsburgh area
