THE JOB:
As a Slot Technician , you will play a key role in keeping the casino floor running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing slot machines and related equipment. Through technical expertise and attention to detail, you’ll help ensure game integrity, minimize downtime, and support a seamless guest experience—all while working in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
THE STARTING RATE : $21.58 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
- Day Shift | 10-hour
- 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Off: Sunday - Tuesday
- Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays based on the business needs
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and associated equipment, including ticket redemption and token dispensing units
- Install, convert, and modify slot machines and related components to support operational needs
- Perform jackpot checks and assist with hopper fills in compliance with established procedures
- Stay current on slot machine technology, repair techniques, and new equipment through ongoing learning
- Accurately document work performed and follow all departmental, property, and regulatory guidelines
- Support overall casino operations by responding promptly to service calls and technical issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Exhibits 1+ years of prior relevant experience in slot repair or experience
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Has a strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude with attention to detail
- Open to working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
