Room Attendant

We are looking to add Room Attendants to our team.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of guest rooms and assigned public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position performs daily cleaning duties, replenishes amenities and supplies, reports maintenance concerns, and follows established hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for guests while supporting the hotel's commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming

- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed

- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed

- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis

- Dispose of trash and recyclables

- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

- Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)

- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
