About this role

Experienced Dining Server: Daytime Hours, No Late Nights
$15.00–$17.50/hour (pay based on experience) | Part-Time
Crosstown Landing | A Silvercrest Community, Andover, MN

Bring your serving skills to a place where they are appreciated every day.

If you’ve worked restaurant, banquet, hotel, or senior living dining and you’re ready for steadier hours and a team that values your experience, we’d like to meet you. At Crosstown Landing, you’ll serve a community of residents who become your regulars. You’ll learn their names, their favorite dishes, and how they take their coffee, and you’ll make mealtime one of the best parts of their day.

Why experienced servers choose us:

- Your experience pays. Our starting range is $15.00–$17.50/hour, and we credit your prior serving experience when setting your hourly rate.
- Predictable pay you can count on. You earn a reliable hourly wage, with no slow nights cutting into your income.
- No closing at midnight. All shifts fall between 7 AM and 7 PM. Weekends and holidays are shared on a fair rotation.
- Regulars, not strangers. You’ll build real relationships with residents and work in a calm, hospitality-focused dining room.
- A team that looks out for you. We care about wellness for our staff as much as for our residents.
- Fast hiring. Apply today and hear back within 48 hours.

What you’ll do:

- Provide attentive, restaurant-style table service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Take orders accurately and handle dietary needs, preferences, and special requests with care
- Anticipate what residents need, from refills to an extra minute of conversation
- Keep your section running smoothly during busy meal periods and work as a team with the kitchen and fellow servers
- Set, reset, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room

What you bring:

- At least 6 months of dining room or table service experience (restaurant, banquet, catering, hotel, or senior living)
- Strong communication and a patient, friendly service style
- Ability to stay organized and composed during peak times
- Must be 18 or older
