About this role
Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $20.85 an hour + $1.50 shift differential
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will safely process and package food that meets food safety and quality requirements at our North Mankato, Minnesota facility. This is a non-seasonal, full-time, year-round position with holiday pay, 401K, medical, prescription, dental and vision benefits.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized production area to promote a safe work environment.
- Follow processing specifications for varying products and materials.
- Inspect products and remove defective product from the production and packaging line.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment as necessary.
- Identify and set up the correct raw materials, recipes and utensils for each product.
- Complete exact measurements according to recipes to ensure product standards are met.
- Operate multiple electric kettles simultaneously.
- Remove popped corn from kettles and dispense it into bins.
- Assemble corrugate items into cases or displays, package bags and palletize finished products according to specifications.
- Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet wrappers.

- Follow established recipes, processing specifications and product standards.
- Maintain food safety, quality and sanitation standards.
- Work safely in a manufacturing environment while supporting production and packaging activities.
Physical Requirements
More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
