Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage complex, multi-team technology programs involving Azure, middleware, cloud, and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong program management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Lead program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Oversee programs involving Azure cloud and middleware technologies.
- Work closely with technical teams on cloud, integration, and microservices initiatives.
- Prepare clear documentation, program reports, presentations, and executive-ready materials.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-team programs.
- Strong Azure experience.
- Experience with middleware technologies and enterprise integration projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and deliverables.
- Must be available to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharma / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience delivering cloud and microservices projects.
- Experience with enterprise integration and middleware platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
