What Youll Do
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests.
- Create and manage repair orders using dealership service software.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines.
- Clearly explain recommended repairs, pricing, and service timelines.
- Communicate with automotive technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure timely service completion.
- Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle status.
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Help achieve service department goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

What Were Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or dealership service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive service department.
- Ability to multitask and manage several repair orders simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn dealership software.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mentality.
- Valid drivers license.
Experience in automotive service, dealership operations, customer service, or automotive repair is a plus!
