This is an exciting opportunity for a consulting professional with 6-10 years of experience who is passionate about helping customers navigate some of the most significant opportunities and challenges facing the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. From energy transition and decarbonisation strategies to growth planning, portfolio transformation and major capital investments, you'll help customers make confident decisions in an increasingly complex world.

Working closely with senior customer stakeholders, you'll support the development of strategic, commercial and operational solutions across a diverse range of industries. You'll combine structured problem solving, commercial insight and industry knowledge to help customers unlock value, accelerate growth and respond to changing market dynamics.

At Worley Consulting, we bring together strategy, sustainability, economics, engineering and project delivery expertise. Unlike traditional consulting firms, we help customers move beyond strategy development and into implementation, leveraging Worley’s global capability to support projects from concept through to delivery and operation.

We're looking for a commercially minded consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex business problems and contributing to the growth of a world-class advisory practice.

- Analyse complex market, commercial, technical and financial information to develop clear and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with customer leadership teams to identify risks, opportunities and strategic priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and strategy development sessions with senior customer representatives.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and executive-level deliverables.
- Support proposal development, business development and account growth activities across key customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Worley’s consulting, engineering and project delivery teams globally to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, thought leadership and intellectual property.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the Advisory team across APAC.

What You Will Bring

- Strong interest in energy transition, decarbonisation, sustainability and the future of energy and industry.
- Experience developing business cases, strategy studies, market assessments, commercial evaluations or investment analyses.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior customer leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate analysis into practical business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams and contribute to multidisciplinary project teams.
