- Drive technical execution by establishing project strategies, managing priorities, and adapting plans to achieve technical and business objectives.
- Build strong engineering capability through a mechanistic, data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Partner closely with customers, account teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver timely solutions.
- Ensure process solutions are technically robust and scalable from development through high-volume manufacturing.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI to accelerate learning, and communicate project status, technical progress, risks, and recommendations to customers and executive audiences.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience. An advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in dry etch process engineering, semiconductor process development, or a closely related field.
- Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of plasma etch process development, including key process trade-offs and their impact on device and manufacturing performance.
- Demonstrated track record of solving complex technical problems and delivering solutions on schedule.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate technical engineering teams.
- Strong organizational and project leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as business needs change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success working with customers, engineering teams, and internal and external partners.
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated use of data to drive technical decisions.
- Experience applying advanced analytics, automation, or AI-enabled methods to engineering problem solving is a plus.
