About this role

About Foresight

Foresight's mission is to bring the world's critical infrastructure into service faster by better enabling teams to deliver complex capital projects.

The AI buildout runs on physical things: data centers, power, and the supply chains behind them. A single hyperscale campus involves an owner, a general contractor, dozens of trades, long-lead equipment suppliers, lenders and commissioning teams. Each works from its own schedule and its own spreadsheets. When a project slips, the people who could fix it usually find out last. For an AI data center, a month late can mean tens of millions in lost revenue.

Foresight is the control tower for these projects. We connect schedules, field progress and execution data across every party, forecast where delivery is heading, and help teams act before a delay becomes a missed date. On one 15-project portfolio, Foresight found a project 245 days behind, cut reporting overhead by 90%, and helped prevent more than $100M in lost revenue.

We work with top data-center owners, developers and general contractors across the world, including Crusoe, Applied Digital, and EdgeConneX. We raised a $25M Series A led by Macquarie Capital and are headquartered in New York.

The role

You'll be Foresight's first dedicated product marketing leader, and you'll define how the market understands what we're building and why it matters.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role. You will personally write the positioning, build the sales deck, create launch materials, produce competitive analysis, shape demos, update the website narrative and turn customer outcomes into proof. You will set the standard for product marketing at Foresight and grow the function as it earns its scale.

Since 2018, Foresight has helped owners and contractors deliver some of the world's most demanding projects, pairing our platform with deep delivery expertise. Now we're investing even further into building out the platform to serve an expanding customer base and market.

That creates an exciting product marketing challenge: we already have real customers, real data and a proven problem, but we're redefining the product and the commercial story at the same time.

You'll work directly with the co-founders, Head of Product, Sales, Customer Success and the delivery experts closest to our customers. You'll own the recommendation on positioning, messaging and segmentation, and co-own pricing and packaging decisions with Product and company leadership.

What you'll do

- Own product marketing end to end for Foresight's existing and new products, from launch strategy through customer adoption.

- Enable Sales with the narratives, demos, materials and competitive context needed to sell effectively.

- Define positioning and messaging across products, audiences and use cases.

- Sharpen ICP, segmentation and buyer understanding through customer, market and win/loss research.

- Build market and competitive intelligence that informs both product and commercial strategy.

- Develop customer proof through case studies, references, outcomes and value stories.

- Shape pricing and packaging with Product, Sales and company leadership.

Requirements

You might be a fit if you

- Have 7+ years in product marketing, product strategy or similar relevant experience in complex B2B, enterprise or technical software.

- Have been the first or an early product marketer at a scaling company, building the function from the ground up.

- Have built product marketing that measurably improved how a commercial team sells, and think commercially about win rates, sales cycles, pricing and retention.

- Are excellent at positioning and can make complex products and markets easy to understand.

- Are strong at research and can turn messy customer and market signals into clear strategic choices.

- Are highly hands-on and prefer building over coordinating; you don't need a large team or agency to make progress.

- Thrive in ambiguity and can decide what needs to be done rather than waiting for a brief.

Bonus points

- You've worked in construction technology, infrastructure, data centers, energy, industrial software or another category where technical products intersect with services and the physical world.

- You've marketed a product that was redefining a category rather than competing in a mature software market.

- You've worked on pricing, packaging or value-based selling for high-ACV enterprise software.

None of these are required. If the core of this role excites you, apply.

Benefits

Why join now

- Real stakes, real customers . You won't be marketing to a hypothetical buyer. Owners and contractors are building now, on deadlines measured in revenue per day.

- Blank canvas, solid ground . You get first-product-marketer scope on a product that already has paying customers, real data and proven outcomes to tell.

- Defining a category . Agentic software for physical infrastructure is a new category. The story you tell will become the standard.

- Small, senior team . Flat, direct, low on process. We debate openly, decide quickly and ship.

Compensation, location and how to apply

- Total Comp : $230,000-300,000+ based on experience, level, and location.

- Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO.
