We are looking for a curious, ambitious, and business-minded intern to join our Data Solutions Team in Italy . This is not a traditional internship focused on a single function. You will work across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales, becoming a key connector between teams and helping transform strategy into execution.

What You'll Do

As a member of the Data Solutions organization, you will work closely with the Country Business Leader and the broader team to support strategic initiatives and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of the country business plan for the Data Solutions business.
- Act as a bridge between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams.
- Develop an understanding of HPE's Data Solutions portfolio, including: Enterprise Storage
- Data Protection & Backup
- AI-ready Data Platforms
- HPE Alletra
- HPE GreenLake Data Services
- HPE X10000 and unstructured data solutions

- Help translate technical product positioning into clear business value propositions for different audiences.
- Assist in creating executive presentations, business reviews, competitive analyses, and strategic communications.
- Support demand generation and marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to sales enablement activities and business planning projects.
- Participate in forecasting processes, pipeline analysis, and business performance reviews.
- Leverage AI tools and modern productivity platforms to improve efficiency, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve execution, and bring fresh ideas to the organization.
- Monitor market trends, customer challenges, and emerging technology themes related to data, cloud, AI, and cyber resilience.

Who You Are

You enjoy connecting ideas, people, and functions. You can understand both technical and business concepts and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

You are naturally curious, data-driven, and eager to learn. You pay attention to detail, but you're also comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing innovative approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and modern digital productivity platforms.
- Experience with data analysis, business intelligence, or market research projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
- Interest in enterprise technology, cloud, storage, cybersecurity, and data management.
