- Use collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Bluebeam, and email to coordinate work, share information, and maintain clear communication across project teams.
- Respond quickly to changing priorities and customer needs, shifting tasks as required while maintaining focus on critical project deliverables.
- Maintain a positive, hands-on approach by engaging directly in detailed design work and resolving issues at a granular level.
- Contribute to projects across a range of sectors, including heavy industrial facilities, pipelines, refineries, mineral processing, municipal and utilities, water treatment, and energy transition initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 12 years of experience as an electrical engineer.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation with previous experience stamping electrical engineering deliverables.

- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as MS Teams, Bluebeam, and email.
- Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- High reliability, proactivity, and accountability in managing responsibilities and deliverables.
- Ability to manage and switch tasks quickly without losing focus on customer needs.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and adapt in a demanding, fast-paced role.
