Your work directly shapes client retention and satisfaction for some of the most consequential accounts in financial services.

What you'll do:

- Own pan-Fiserv client relationships at the C-suite level, serving as the primary point of accountability for revenue growth, retention, and solution expansion across large financial services accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans that map client business objectives to Fiserv solutions, identifying opportunities to grow wallet share through bundled deals.
- Structure and negotiate large, multi-solution agreements by coordinating across Fiserv business units to build commercially compelling, integrated proposals.
- Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline, delivering accurate financial forecasts that reflect account health, deal stage, and near-term revenue risk.
- Monitor client health signals, market trends, and merger and acquisition (M&A) activity to anticipate client needs and position Fiserv solutions ahead of competitors.
- Translate client feedback and satisfaction data, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, into targeted action plans that improve retention and deepen the client relationship.
- Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

- 10+ years of experience in financial services or banking managing enterprise client relationships at the C-suite level.
- 10+ years of experience in profit and loss (P&L) management and large bundled technology deal structuring within a matrix technology product or services organization.
- Experience structuring bundled technology deals for large financial services clients to grow wallet share and expand solution footprint.
- Experience developing and executing account plans using pipeline development and financial forecasting methods to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience conducting market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform consultative selling strategies with C-suite client executives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, technology management, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

- Experience in financial services or banking at a level that goes beyond general enterprise technology, including familiarity with regulatory environment, capital markets, or core banking operations.
- Experience with graduate-level business education, such as an MBA or similar master's degree, applied to strategic client management or financial analysis.
- Familiarity with navigating a large matrix technology organization to align business units around a shared client outcome.
- Experience with enterprise account planning methodologies and tools used to track client health, retention risk, and solution expansion opportunities.

How you'll work:

- This role is remote with the option to work in-office. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
