Analista en Inteligencia de Datos | Power BI & Analytics

En PPG buscamos un(a) Analista en Inteligencia de Datos con pensamiento analítico, orientación al negocio y experiencia en herramientas de visualización, que nos ayude a convertir información en indicadores, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.

Esta posición tendrá un enfoque en el análisis de información relacionada con programas de capacitación y desarrollo , trabajando de manera colaborativa con diferentes equipos para estandarizar datos, desarrollar dashboards y generar información relevante para la toma de decisiones.

Principales responsabilidades

- Recopilar, integrar, depurar y transformar información proveniente de diferentes fuentes, sistemas y formatos de capacitación.
- Estandarizar y homologar bases de datos, asegurando la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de la información.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards e indicadores en Power BI y Excel , facilitando la interpretación de resultados.
- Utilizar Power Query para realizar procesos de limpieza, transformación y preparación de datos.
- Definir y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave (KPIs), identificando tendencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
- Transformar datos en análisis, visualizaciones y narrativas claras ( Data Storytelling ) que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para comprender necesidades de información y desarrollar soluciones analíticas.
- Atender requerimientos específicos de información, elaborar reportes y participar en proyectos de mejora continua y automatización.

Requisitos

- Licenciatura en Estadística, Matemáticas, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
- 2 a 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, Business Intelligence, elaboración de reportes o desarrollo de indicadores.
- Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos, desde su depuración y transformación hasta la presentación de resultados.
- Excel avanzado: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas avanzadas, manejo de grandes volúmenes de información y macros.
- Power BI intermedio-avanzado: desarrollo de dashboards, modelado de datos y visualización de indicadores.
- Power Query: experiencia en limpieza, integración y transformación de datos.

Deseable:

- Experiencia analizando indicadores de capacitación, Learning & Development o gestión del talento.
- Conocimientos de DAX y técnicas de Data Storytelling.
