Role: Client Service Representative
Status: Full-Time
Salary: $20-$24 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Consistent 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts

Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic and SPV Urgent Care have just moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art, significantly larger hospital in Lincoln, California. This expansion reflects our continued growth and our commitment to exceptional veterinary care, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team.
As a progressive, full-service clinic offering both general practice and urgent care, we see everything from routine wellness visits to fast-paced urgent cases. Every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful difference for pets and the families who love them.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients warmly
- Answer phones and respond to client questions with accuracy and empathy
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Check patients in and out
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support the veterinary team in delivering outstanding communication and service
