We are looking for an experienced Employee Labor Relations & Compliance Manager to lead our labor relations strategy, strengthen labor compliance, manage complex employee relations matters, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Colombia.

What you'll do

As the Employee Labor Relations & Compliance Manager, you will play a strategic role partnering with senior leadership, HR, Legal, and regional stakeholders to protect the organization, mitigate risk, and foster a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading the national labor relations and compliance agenda.
✅ Managing complex employee relations cases, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
✅ Conducting and overseeing sensitive internal investigations.
✅ Ensuring compliance with Colombian labor legislation and corporate standards.
✅ Advising senior leaders on labor risk, workforce challenges, and high-impact employment decisions.
✅ Leading labor compliance audits, controls, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
✅ Partnering with regional and global stakeholders on escalated employee matters and investigations.
✅ Driving continuous improvement through analytics, reporting, and risk trend analysis.

What we're looking for

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Law with professional license to practice in Colombia.
✔ Strong expertise in Colombian Labor Law.
✔ 7+ years of experience in labor relations, employment law, and employee relations management.
✔ Proven experience leading complex and confidential workplace investigations.
✔ Experience managing compliance frameworks, labor risk assessments, and internal controls.
✔ Strong stakeholder management experience, including advising senior leaders.
✔ Advanced English communication skills.
