Customer Logistics Coordinator-Hillebrand Gori

Responsibility:

- Be responsible for co-ordinating logistics arrangements to deliver all customer orders from the point of collection to delivery on the assigned trade route.
- Be required to communicate constantly with customers, shipping/ air freight, and other Hillebrand Gori Offices in order to manage the transport and documentation for the order.
- Be ensure commercial viability on all orders by continuously monitoring and managing costs, timelines and service quality.
- Be ensure customer requirements are met, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.

Requirement:

- More than 2 year Customer Service/logistics experience
- College degree
- Good command of English and PC skill
- Be good at managing multiple tasks and time
- Willing to take challenging work and face customer
- Team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems
