About this role
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain Vietnamese customer master data
- Get customer feedback on DHL service, then summarize all details into the internal system
- Prepare reports, analyze the results, then advise departments monthly
- Ensure customer information is aligned between MDM, CW1, and their request
- Take note quickly and correctly of customers' recommendations on calls
Requirements:
- COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduate and still a student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months; 1-2 off-sessions per week for study is acceptable.
- Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
- Good at MS Office
- Background in Economics, Logistics, and Analytics is preferable
- Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
- Ability to quickly negotiate with customers in a short call
