About this role
Main tasks & key responsibilities: Supports the customer-facing organization (Key Account/ Field Sales/ TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by: - Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing) - Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents - Supporting the customer planning and implementation process - Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales leads - Analyzing Sales Index - Preparing business reviews - Preparing Sales reports e.g., Sales Index reports including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc., by customers
Qualifications: - Broad understanding of the global forwarding industry and the DHL Global Forwarding business models - Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities - Ability to work effectively, independently, and in a Team environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent basic business skills - Experience with MS Office, e.g., Outlook; experience with CRM tools preferred
