Payroll Manager for HR Services

We’re hiring: Payroll Manager, Americas

Are you an experienced payroll leader ready to shape service delivery across multiple countries? We are looking for a Payroll Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of payroll services across the Americas. This is an opportunity to oversee complex, multi-country operations while driving greater accuracy, efficiency, standardization, automation, and compliance. In this role, you will: Lead the delivery of payroll, Time & Attendance, and Employee Data Administration services Manage and develop teams led by Supervisors and Team Leaders Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization, process management, and strong controls Monitor service quality, KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and customer experience Partner with senior business leaders across multiple countries and business units Manage relationships with external providers and support vendor negotiations Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HR Services strategy Contribute to budget planning and delivery

What will help you succeed?

8+ years of relevant payroll or HR services experience Strong multi-country payroll experience, ideally across the Americas Experience leading medium-sized teams in a Shared Service Center environment Deep understanding of payroll legislation across multiple countries Strong stakeholder-management experience at senior and executive levels Previous budget-management experience Bachelor’s degree Fluency in English and Spanish Portuguese is an advantage If you are passionate about building high-performing teams, improving payroll services, and delivering an excellent employee experience, we would be happy to hear from you.
